PRICES

All prices are in DKK and included 25% vat. Please note that custom clearance and local taxes and fees are at your own expense.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. This is an online e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall and adhere to GDPR legislation. PAYMENT

Shopify Payment, Quickpay, VISA, American Express, Shop pay, Mastercard, Maestro, Googlepay, Applepay, Mobilepay.

The amount will be withdrawn from your account when the product is send from our workshop. 

DELIVERY

Free shipping for all orders over 600 DKK in DK.

Purchase under 600 DKK and orders in rest of the world : 50 DKK ( approximately € 6.7 )

Shipping to foreign countrys are delivered with GLS or Postnord. We choose the carrier in proportions to the cost of shipping to your country. If you have any special wishes, let us know.

Pick up at our workshop in Aarhus C. All pick up is by appointment. 

COMPLAINT

Products bought at Ham & Lerche is covered by the two year right of complaints in the danish purchase act.

The right of complaints doesn’t count products which is defective due to wear, injuries caused by improper use or lack of maintenance.

Regarding complaints, defects and in case of non-delivery please contact us as fast as possible.

RETURN

We offer free return in DK. All returncost outside DK bears by the buyer.

Products purchased at www.ham-lerche.dk can be return within 30 days from receiving date. Please let us know about your return plans at Lerche@ham-lerche.dk

Please note that the product must be unused and in original packaging.

Personalized and custom made items cannot be exchanged. Let us know if you experience errors, omissions, or if the leathers doesn't aim your expectations. Your opinion and happiness are very important to us.
